MEET YOUR ARTIST

Savy is an author and YouTuber and has been practicing for 16+ years. Her mediums are drawing, painting and  digital art to name a few.

She is heavily influenced by the 80s and 90s, rainbows, bright neon colors, Nickelodeon style, Nintendo style and straight up by just doodling in notebooks. Savy really has no fear surrounding her art and creating. "I'm weirdly excited about everything and don't have many fears regarding rejection or anything." She just want to make cool stuff! Her process is different depending on the medium. For clothing designs, she'll start by sketching on graph/bullet journal paper then scan that into an image editor program and place the sketch as a bottom layer (to be turned off at the end). She does the outlines and coloring digitally, then adds the design to the clothes.

Savy has noticed she's gotten better at digital layouts over the years. She's also incorporated more collage styles into my art, like laying a photo underneath some doodles or hand drawn items.
